An automatic concrete block plant is a type of manufacturing facility that produces blocks using concrete, along with other materials such as cement, sand, and lime. Concrete is a versatile material that can be used to create durable and structurally sound blocks, suitable for various construction applications.

The term “automatic” indicates that the block manufacturing process in this type of plant is highly automated, reducing the need for manual labor and increasing production efficiency.

AAC is a lightweight Aerated Autoclaved Concrete Block. It is suitable for multistoried structures as it is lighter than standard-size bricks and blocks. The use of AAC blocks in construction reduces the dead load significantly and ensures less steel and concrete usage. This product requires a lesser number of joints, which results in saving jointing material, time, and labor. AAC is manufactured through a reaction of aluminum on a proportionate blend of lime, cement, and fly ash. During this process, the hydrogen gas that escapes creates millions of tiny air cells, rendering AAC block with a solid cellular structure. This is further strengthened by high-pressure steam curing in Autoclaves. The product thus formed is not only lightweight but also has higher compressive strength.
